About The Event

The main components of Dr. Jenna's 21-day summer cleanse:

  • Eat mostly fruits, vegetables, herbs and whole grains that are in season
  • Do at home practices that enhance detoxification such as dry skin brushing, movement and sweating, breathing/meditation, castor oil packs
  • Learn about ways to improve cleansing and detoxification within your own body
  • Receive support from Dr. Jenna and other paticipants in the cleanse
  • Optional: take supplements that promote elimination of toxins through the liver, kidneys, and lymphatics

Items in your kitchen that you should pack away for the cleanse:

  • sugar
  • alcohol
  • all processed and fried foods (chips, popcorn, crackers)
  • coffee (this is optional, but encouraged)
  • chocolate
  • dairy
  • red meat

-> Dr. Jenna will offer live videos with helpful tips throughout the cleanse, and send you posts with ideas, thoughts, and other support

What “results” you might gain from this cleanse:

  • improve digestion
  • improve hormone imbalance
  • improve skin quality
  • improve energy and mental clarity (you might feel more foggy in the first 1-3 days as your body is going through sugar or caffeine withdrawal, but this will pass)
  • enhance egg/sperm quality (if you’re looking to get pregnant in the next 3+ months)
