About The Event

The main components of Dr. Jenna's 21-day spring cleanse:

  • Eat fruits, vegetables, herbs and some grains that are (mostly) in season and generally known as liver supporting foods (details will be shared with you before you begin)
  • Do at home practices that enhance detoxification like dry skin brushing, movement and sweating, breathing/meditation, coffee enemas (excuse me?! you say. I know this sounds nuts, but Dr. Jenna will share why and how these can be useful)
  • Take supplements that promote elimination of toxins through the liver, kidneys, and lymphatics (optional, of course)
  • Stay home  ;)

Items in your kitchen that you should pack away for the cleanse:

  • sugar
  • alcohol
  • all processed and fried foods (chips, popcorn, crackers)
  • coffee (this is optional, but encouraged)
  • chocolate
  • dairy
  • red meat
  • something else to consider: are there members of your home who are not doing the cleanse and if so, how do you plan to stick with the cleanse? Dr. Jenna and the group will be here to support you.

-> Dr. Jenna will offer live videos throughout the cleanse, and send you frequent posts with ideas, thoughts, and other support

What “results” you might gain from this cleanse:

  • improve digestion
  • reduce hormone imbalance
  • improve skin quality
  • improve energy and mental clarity (you might feel more foggy in the first 1-3 days as you body is going through sugar or caffeine withdrawal, but this will pass)
  • enhance egg/sperm quality (if you’re looking to get pregnant in the next 3+ months)
