EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Dr. Jenna is a licensed naturopathic physician in the state of Washington. She received her doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle. Dr. Jenna subsequently completed a one-year residency focusing on primary care, women’s health, and chronic disease at Holistique Medical Center in Bellevue.
Dr. Jenna's medical training was founded on ancient wisdom and evidence-based natural medicine. In addition, Dr. Jenna has advanced training in injection therapies, IV therapy, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, and homeopathy. She is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and the Washington Association of Naturopathic Physicians.

Being in the Peace Corps informed my career direction.
Also, the health challenges I have had since returning have taught me about environmental medicine.
Dr. Jenna helps her patients establish balance in their body and express vitality physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Dr. Jenna uses a comprehensive, holistic, and individualized approach with each patient to prevent illness and treat the whole person. She seeks to find the root cause of ailments, helps facilitate the body’s natural ability to heal itself, and draws on a wide range of treatments to aid in the healing process.
Dr. Jenna is passionate about teaching patients to harness their body’s natural ability to heal itself. She works with patients to build an individualized treatment plan that is both effective and achievable.
Dr. Jenna treats a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. She specializes in hormone imbalance, fertility issues, digestive disorders including SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), and endocrine disorders including Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.
When not practicing medicine, Dr. Jenna is happy exploring in the mountains, sailing in the Puget Sound, practicing yoga, cooking new recipes, and traveling with her husband, daughter, and friends.
